Amy Palm, CWS® Senior Vice President, Financial Advisor
Amy started her career in financial advising at Smith Barney in 2004. After five years she joined the D.A. Davidson team. She earned a bachelor's degree in Finance and Economics from Linfield College as well as an MBA from the University of Phoenix. During her time at D.A. Davidson, Amy has received the Certified Wealth Strategist® designation, granted to professionals who have demonstrated an advanced understanding of wealth management and the knowledge to work effectively for clients with more complex wealth issues.
Amy is a Roseburg native. She and her husband, Alex, live in the Umpqua Valley with their two boys, Ashton and Ben. Their family enjoys football, basketball, and spending time outside. In her free time, Amy also enjoys riding her horse, Diego. Amy has been actively involved in the community over the years through programs such as Rotary, SMART, Douglas County Friends of Doernbecher, and served as a past Chairman of Early Intervention Council. Amy also volunteers her time with the Family Development Center Board and the Roseburg High School Grad Night. Amy is also a former Board of Directors member for Mercy Medical Hospital. Currently, she is on the board of directors for the YMCA and dedicates her time to Freemont Middle School and Roseburg High School.
Joshua Huckins, CWS®, FPQP® Supervisory Branch Operations Manager, Senior Registered Financial Planning Associate
Joshua joined D.A. Davidson and Palm Wealth Management in 2018. He holds a bachelor's degree in business and finance from the University of Phoenix. Joshua's valuable experience in financial institutions and member/client-facing services has made him a key addition to the team. Since joining, he has passed his Series 7 and Series 66 industry licenses to become a Registered Client Associate.
Joshua was born in Roseburg, but spent most of his childhood in Anchorage, Alaska. He returned to Oregon in 1998, met his wife, Lisa, and chose to stay. Joshua and Lisa enjoy the outdoors, camping, hiking, and volunteering at their local church. After 17 years of marriage, they welcomed their first child, Ethan, in 2018.
